- 1/2 Cabbage
- 1/2 medium Onion
- 1 small Carrot
- 3 tbsp Spring Onions
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 3 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Oatmeal
- 2 tbsp Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Cooking Oil

- Cook the eggs gently to keep them soft and tender.

Step 1
Chop half a cabbage and slice half an onion.
Step 2
Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan over medium-low heat, then add the cabbage and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle in some chili powder, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry everything for about 2-3 minutes.

Chop a small carrot and add it to the pan. Keep cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the veggies are tender.

Turn off the heat and set the cooked vegetables aside to cool slightly.

In a bowl, beat 3 eggs well, then mix in the stir-fried veggies, 3 tablespoons of chopped spring onion, 3 tablespoons of oatmeal, and 2 tablespoons of flour.
