Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil with a little oil and salt. Add the twisted pasta and cook until it’s almost done (about 99%). Drain the pasta and set it aside.
Step 2
Heat some oil in a pan, then toss in the chopped garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes until it starts to brown.

Season the chicken with salt, chili flakes, cumin seeds, and pepper. Stir in the chili sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce, mixing everything well.
