Chop coriander leaves, green chilies, and onions finely in a food processor.

Add the chicken, ginger-garlic paste, cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and chili flakes to the processor. Blend everything until you get a smooth paste.

Lightly grease your hands with oil, then take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into a small patty. Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center and carefully seal the chicken around it.
