Why This Dish Is Hard To Resist
Cooking Tips
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat before cooking to ensure even cooking.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 165°F to avoid undercooking.
Step 1
In a big bowl, add salt, pepper, chili flakes, cumin, tikka masala, ginger powder, garlic powder, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, mustard paste, chili sauce, yogurt, and the chicken. Mix everything really well, then let it marinate for about an hour.
Step 2
Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, alternating with pieces of onion, capsicum, and tomatoes.
Step 3
Grill the skewers over medium heat until the chicken is cooked through and everything has a nice golden color.
Step 4
For a smoky flavor, carefully add a little oil to some hot coals or a cast-iron pan to create smoke, then cover the skewers briefly to let that flavor infuse.
Step 5
Serve the grilled chicken with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
