Why This Dish Is Amazing
Cooking Pointers
- Make sure the oil is hot before frying to get a crispy crust without absorbing too much oil.
- Avoid overmixing the batter to keep the fritters light and fluffy.
Step 1
In a bowl, toss together the chicken chunks with ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, crushed coriander seeds, chili flakes, cumin powder, dried fenugreek, lemon juice, cornflour, rice flour, egg white, chopped green chilies, coriander, mint, finely chopped onion, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well until it all comes together.
Step 2
The cornflour, rice flour, and egg white will help bind the mixture and give it a nice, smooth texture.
Step 3
Lightly grease your hands and shape the mixture into small balls or patties.
Step 4
Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the fritters until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Step 5
Drain them on paper towels to remove any excess oil.
Step 6
Serve hot with your favorite sauce or ketchup and enjoy!
