Why This Dish Is Amazing
Cooking Tips You Should Know
- Cook the noodles just until al dente to avoid mushiness.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas for extra crunch and color.
Step 1
In a big bowl, toss the chicken strips with ginger garlic paste, pepper, salt, chili powder, and cornstarch until everything is well coated. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat, then cook the chicken for about 5-6 minutes until it’s nice and golden. Set it aside.
Step 2
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan, add the ramen noodles, and cook for 2-3 minutes until they’re just done. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, mustard paste, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and the ramen flavoring powder. Pour this sauce over the cooked noodles and give it a good stir so everything is evenly coated.
Step 4
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry an egg to your liking. Season it with a little salt and pepper.
Step 5
To serve, spread the saucy noodles on a platter, then top with the crispy chicken strips, the fried egg, some sliced green chilies, and a sprinkle of roasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
